Designed specifically for the demands of stillwater anglers, the Scientific Anglers Stillwater SD Fly Line is overweighted by two line weights for multiple flies and long leaders. The line features 10-foot and 20-foot textured hang markers, and Seamless Density technology provides a smooth transition between densities, eliminating hinging and delivering a straight-line connection to the fly.

The Sonar sinking technology ensures that flies get down and stay there, while the Shooting Texture running line facilitates longer casts. The Sink 5/Sink 7 variant is the fastest sinking SD line, with a Sink 5 running line and Sink 7 (7.0 ips) head, designed to dredge the bottom.

These double-density sinking lines are based on the popular MPX taper and feature welded loops, as well as advanced shooting technology. The line is marked with SA-ID (Scientific Anglers Line Identification) for easy identification.
